We offer comprehensive training and development programs for individuals interested in learning the Kalpvrooksham Technique. These programs provide a wide range of resources, including methodology explanations, standard operating procedure (SOP) documents, videos, photographs, and case studies related to forest creation work.

Our training programs aim to build the capacity of participants, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to conduct their own research, adapt the methodology to their specific region, and create their own forests. The training emphasizes a deep understanding of the philosophy and science behind the Kalpvrooksham Technique.

Online Training
Terms and conditions :
- Our online training programs are offered selectively based on the submission of a 'Statement of Intent' by interested individuals. Following the review of the statement, a phone or Skype call will be conducted for further evaluation. Selection is based on participants' personal and professional backgrounds, as well as the practical application of the training.
- Preference is given to individuals with limited or no experience in similar work, especially owners of small land areas (100-200 square meters) waiting to be afforested.
- The number of online training programs offered per month is limited to 4/5.
- We do not provide training to large corporations or groups.
- Access to high-speed internet is essential for video-based training.
- The training primarily focuses on theory with limited opportunities for outdoor/field work.
- The module will be tailored either as a generic program or a site-specific program based on the needs of the participant(s) through video conferencing.
- Our training is interactive and collaborative, fostering conversation between trainers and participants.
- Since the Kalpvrooksham Technique challenges conventional schools of thought on plantation and afforestation, participants are expected to approach the training with an open-minded mindset.
- Our role is limited to providing remote guidance only.

Online Training Agenda :
Day 1 (Total 240 mins)
- 40 mins: Introduction to the Kalpvrooksham Technique; its advantages and achievements
- 60 mins: Species selection
- 60 mins: Soil and amendments
- 40 mins: Site readiness checklist
- 30 mins: 3 project examples
- Q&A: 10 mins

Day 2 (Total 240 mins)
- 60 mins: Design
- 30 mins: Bill of materials
- 60 mins: Execution with 2 project examples
- 20 mins:
- 20 mins: Monitoring
- 30 mins: Participant's site discussion
- 20 mins: Final wrap-up

The course includes :
- Live dedicated online training with an expert from Kalpvrooksham Technique
- Soft copies of all SOP documents
- Soft copies of important project management documents
- Soft copies of reports, species lists, and plans from past Kalpvrooksham Technique projects

Course Fee :
- The course fee for the online training program is $500 USD, payable in advance.
